Orders are delivered across the United Kingdom in 3–5 business days. The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@promegabeautyhub.co.uk with your order number and we will tell you what to do next.
Your legal rights
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them; for health and hygiene reasons this does not apply to sealed skincare that has been unsealed after delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are also protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund.
